Guidelines

Core systems explained

Each system below maps to a real game action or data state in the app.

First 10 minutes

Quick start plan

Start by stabilizing production, then unlock military and map actions. The game is timer-driven, so queued actions keep running while you plan the next move.

  • Rename the village on the intro screen so reports, maps, and alliance rosters are easy to read.
  • Open the Village tab, review active timers, and upgrade resource buildings before spending heavily on troops.
  • Build the Barracks path, train a small army, then use the World tab to select nearby targets.
  • Join or create an alliance early if you want shared operations, referrals, and coordinated protection.
Account and chain

Wallet onboarding and fresh-world access

Wallet accounts sign a challenge, complete profile setup, optionally apply a referral, then enter the fresh-world registration path.

  • The app guides supported wallets to Robinhood Chain when a wallet action is required.
  • Fresh-world village creation opens from a clean start when launch access begins.
  • If a wallet action is submitted, the app keeps enough status to resume verification without duplicate actions.
  • Village provisioning happens only after the launch flow confirms eligibility.
Economy

Resources, production, and gold states

Villages manage wood, stone, iron, food, and gold. Production is calculated by the game server from building levels and elapsed time.

  • Farm, Lumber Mill, Gold Mine, Quarry, and Iron Mine now start at level 1 for every new village.
  • Warehouse level controls resource capacity. Production pauses at capacity instead of deleting inventory.
  • Available gold is spendable gold after subtracting tribute reservations and marketplace locks.
  • Gold production creates ledger records, which are used by marketplace and referral accounting.
Village tab

Buildings and timers

Buildings unlock game systems and improve production. Construction uses server deadlines, and the UI mirrors those deadlines with countdowns.

  • Select buildings from the 3D village or bottom building dock.
  • Upgrade cards show cost, current production, next production, unlock state, and build duration.
  • Only 3 buildings can be under construction or upgrading in one village at the same time.
  • The active timers panel combines construction, training, movements, and beginner protection in one place.
  • The Lv toggle adds floating building labels with name and level above the 3D scene.
War path

Army, logistics, map, and reports

Military actions begin with troops, move through the map, and end in reports. Use all three tabs together instead of treating them separately.

  • Army trains units and moves resources or troops between owned villages.
  • World map selects attack targets and shows coordinates for strategic planning.
  • Movements appear as outbound, inbound, returning, or transfer timers until resolved.
  • Reports confirm battle result, loot, and losses after arrival.
Social systems

Marketplace and alliance coordination

The economy and diplomacy layers let players coordinate beyond one village.

  • Marketplace listings let players exchange resources and gold as economy features open.
  • Alliance rosters show member villages, roles, permissions, and online status.
  • War room operations can be opened directly on the map for coordinated attacks.
  • Referral codes can help new players coordinate fresh starts with allies while sharing gold-mining rewards.
In-game helper

Every tab tour slide

The in-game question-mark helper uses these same slides. Open any game tab and click Help to start the contextual walkthrough.

Village5 slides
  1. Village command

The village tab is your home base. Select buildings in the 3D scene or building dock, then use the command card to upgrade, inspect production, and follow construction timers.

Resource buildings start at level 1, so new villages immediately produce wood, stone, iron, food, and gold.
  2. Resources and capacity

The top resource bar shows current stock, hourly production, available gold, reserved tribute gold, and warehouse capacity.

If a resource reaches capacity, production for that resource pauses until you spend or move it.
  3. Active timers

The active timers panel summarizes construction, troop training, troop movements, transfers, and beginner protection.

Click a construction timer to jump back to that building.
  4. Building labels

Use the Lv button in the 3D controls to show or hide building names and levels above the village models.

This is useful when a village grows and buildings become visually dense.
  5. Beginner path

Follow tutorial missions first: upgrade production, build military access, train troops, then scout the map.

Tutorial rewards help bridge the first resource gaps.
Army4 slides
  1. Train troops

The army tab shows every troop type, unlock requirement, stats, cost, training time, owned quantity, and active queue.

Unlock more units by upgrading the required buildings.
  2. Read unit stats

Attack decides offensive strength, defense helps protect villages, speed controls travel time, carry capacity controls loot and transfers, and upkeep impacts food planning.

Do not train blindly. Match the unit to the mission.
  3. Transfer logistics

Use logistics to send resources and troops between villages you own. Transfers arrive after travel time and are shown in active timers.

Reserved tribute gold cannot be transferred.
  4. Queue timing

Training is authoritative on the game server. Timers are visual only; completion resolves when the village is refreshed or synced.

If a timer reaches zero, refresh the snapshot by changing tabs or waiting for the next query.
World4 slides
  1. World coordinates

The world map uses x:y coordinates. Your current village, owned villages, NPC camps, and player villages are displayed on the same map.

The village header always shows your current village coordinates.
  2. Attacking targets

Select a valid target, choose troops, then dispatch. The movement creates an outgoing timer and later a return timer for surviving troops.

Beginner protection can prevent some attacks until it expires.
  3. NPC conquest

NPC villages are expansion targets. Combat, loyalty, and ownership resolve after the attack arrives.

Use reports to review the result before sending another wave.
  4. Alliance operations

Alliance war plans can hand off a target to the world map. When an operation is attached, the map highlights the target context for dispatch.

Detach the operation if you want to send a normal attack instead.
Market4 slides
  1. Marketplace purpose

The market lets rulers trade village resources and gold. Resource trades happen in-game, and token-priced gold offers will open as launch systems come online.

Marketplace access depends on launch status and building unlocks.
  2. Listings

A listing shows seller, amount, price, reservation status, and whether it belongs to you.

Cancel your own listing if you no longer want the trade open.
  3. Token launch status

The TribalHood token will launch soon on the hooded.meme launchpad on Robinhood Chain.

Official channels will announce the wallet actions players need before token-priced gold trading opens.
  4. Locked gold

Gold committed to listings moves into locked gold. It cannot be spent, transferred, raided, or listed again until the listing completes or is cancelled.

Available gold equals total gold minus reserved and locked amounts.
Alliance4 slides
  1. Alliance hall

Create or join an alliance to coordinate members, roles, invitations, applications, operations, and referral growth.

Open alliances can be joined directly; invite-only alliances require application review.
  2. Member presence

The roster shows whether members are online now, idle, or last seen earlier. This helps leaders coordinate active campaigns.

Presence refreshes periodically while the roster is open.
  3. Roles and permissions

Founder and promoted roles can manage recruitment, member roles, and operations depending on permission rank.

Leadership transfer is intentionally explicit and requires confirmation.
  4. War room

Alliance operations collect target, timing, rally instructions, and participant responses in one place.

Opening an operation on the map carries the target into the world tab.
Reports3 slides
  1. War chronicle

Reports record completed attacks, defenses, loot, troop losses, and battle outcomes.

Use reports to confirm what actually happened after timers finish.
  2. Learning from results

Compare sent troops, surviving troops, loot, and defender losses before planning another attack.

A failed report is often a scouting signal, not just a loss.
  3. Operational memory

Reports are the safest place to review historical combat without relying on notifications that can disappear.

Check reports before escalating an alliance operation.
